Residential Customers
Minimum Renewable Energy Requirements
- Minimum finance value R40 000.00 ex vat
- Minimum term 36 months / Maximum term 60 months
- Line item solar quotation to be provided
- Client must be the homeowner where the solar is being installed. If the clients spouse owns the property the spouse must sign an application form
- If property is bonded jointly both individuals are to provide applications
We will require the below :
- Fully Completed and Signed credit application form
- Latest 3 months bank statements ( if commission earner 6 months bank statements )
- Latest 3 months payslips ( if commission earner 6 months bank statements )
- Proof of residence in client name not older than 3 months
- Client must be the homeowner

- A signed and completed credit application
- Latest annual financial statements
- Latest management accounts
- 3 months bank statements
- Latest debtors and creditors age analysis
- A company organogram
